We work decisively to implement and sustain the efficient management control processes clearly defined by ISO 9001 Quality Management System in order to reach our corporate goals and meet our clients’ expectations. These controls include authorisation management, responsibility and capability of taking corrective measures for problem-solving.

We have developed a systematic approach toward the ISO standard to show that planning and supervision of equipment and staff capabilities are in line with a standard that ensures the requirements of the contracts are met and corrective measures are taken before production. We promise to be a manufacturer that is respectful to its clients and the environment, and one that improves its performance in every aspect of its business.

To investigate the root causes of accidents and incidents, to take necessary precautions, to provide the necessary resources,

Research & Development

Research and development is one of the most important infrastructural activities required to gain a pioneering position in the increasingly competitive, global synthetic leather coating market.

In order to sustain its position as a pioneer with the capability of offering its clients highly innovative products beyond their expectations, R&D and innovation activities remain a priority for Interplast. We care about offering a wide range of high-performance products to our clients. Therefore, we constantly improve ourselves to reach the next level in new product lines and to increase our resource utilization rates.

R&D CENTER APPROVAL

Thanks to its well-organized and well-equipped R&D Department, Interplast has been certified as an official R&D CENTER by Turkish Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology in July 2018.

Since sustainable innovation approach needs the combination of science and industry, Interplast has made the biggest and continuous investment in R&D Department.

R&D activities at Interplast are systematically undertaken via a variety of resources. Ideas are evaluated and those with a strategic importance are conceptualized and put into use as new products or processes.

In each unit, we have full-time employees who are experts in their fields. With over 50 testing machine tools, our quality control tests based on ASTM international standards display high levels of precision and accuracy.
